Archival and Office Solutions Limited was incorporated on the 21st of March 2005 as private limited liability company . It was set up to carry out the business of document management and archiving of documents. In 2007 it was appointed a reseller of: DocuWare-Integrated Document Management System (IDMS), Kodak Scanners, Plasmon / DISC Jukeboxes and accessories for West Africa including Nigeria, a range of first choice document imaging products.
